General Information; The following legal disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all conducted fundraising activities and campaigns by Farm Tech America or FTA. By participating in or donating to any fundraising campaign organized by FTA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
Purpose of Fundraising; All funds raised through its campaigns will be used to build and maintain the cafeteria near the school which will provide free nutritious lunch meals to the school children, their teachers and the principal. Additionally, the organization also assists in the maintenance of school buildings. However, should there be necessary modification of funds allocation based on the changing needs and circumstances, FTA reserves the right to modify it.No Guarantee of Results;
Participation in fundraising campaigns organized by FTA does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The success of the campaign and the ultimate achievement of its objectives depend on various factors, such as response and support of donors, external economic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Financial Accountability; FTA is committed to maintaining transparency and financial accountability. While this organization will make reasonable efforts to utilize the funds raised in accordance with the stated purpose, it cannot guarantee that every donated dollar will be used exactly as intended. Administrative costs, operational expenses, and any unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the allocation of funds in a manner that best serves the FTA’s overall mission.
Tax Deductibility; Donations made to FTA may be tax-deductible depending on the laws and regulations applicable to it. However, individual tax situations may vary, and it is the responsibility of donors to consult with their own tax advisors or authorities to determine the deductibility of their contributions.
Donor Information; FTA respects the privacy of its donors and will not disclose personal or financial information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Donor information will be used solely for the purpose of processing donations, providing receipts, and maintaining communication regarding the Organization’s activities, unless otherwise explicitly indicated.
Risks and Liabilities; Participating in fundraising campaigns involves certain inherent risks. FTP will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of its campaigns and activities. However, FTP cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or other liability arising from participation in or donation to its fundraising campaigns.

Governing Law; This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and/or Municipality of Negros Oriental. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of he Republic of the Philippines, and/or Municipality of Negros Oriental.
