Who is Farm Tech America? Farm Tech America, an American non-profit 501c3 Arizona corporation.
What do FTA donations pay for? Donations are for lease and/or purchase of land to build feeding centers; Development of local farm land to raise livestock and grow vegetables; Employment of workers - thus creating local employment in the Philippines, to staff the feeding centers, construction facilities, and farm land. For purchase of farm equipment and support vehicles to maintain operations, deliver food products to the feeding centers and for functionality of feeding centers and school facilities. Less than 2% of all donations are used for administrative salaries. Therefore 98% of donations are used to meet FTA’s mission.
Where do donations come from? FTA relies on the generosity of individuals and organizations to support its mission and make a meaningful impact in the community.
Disclosure Statement: 1) Farm Tech America, (FTA) is an American non-profit 501c3 Arizona corporation. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by United States law. Our tax identification number is 87-1420834. 2) FTA is committed to financial transparency and accountability. FTA files in a timely manner with the United States Internal Revenue Services (IRS), accounting of all donated funds and those used to ensure financial responsibility and stewardship. 3) A copy of the official registration is attached hereto.

1. General Information: The following legal disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all Farm Tech America (FTA) fundraising activities and campaigns conducted by FTA. By participating in or donating to any fundraising campaign organized by FTA you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer.
2. Purpose of Fundraising: All funds raised by FTA through its fundraising campaigns are intended for FTA to seek out disadvantaged communities with little or no employment opportunities. FTA is dedicated to helping feed “Free of Charge” nutritious meals to public school children within disadvantaged communities. FTA builds feeding centers near or on public school grounds. Additionally, we assist with the various needs within these communities including the repair and maintenance of school buildings. FTA will make reasonable efforts to allocate the funds in accordance with the stated purpose. However, FTA reserves the right to modify the allocation of funds based on changing needs or circumstances.
3. No Guarantee of Results: Participation in fundraising campaigns organized by FTA does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The success of the campaign and the ultimate achievement of its objectives depend on various factors, including the response and support of donors, external economic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Financial Accountability: FTA is committed to maintaining transparency and financial accountability. While the FTA will make reasonable efforts to utilize the funds raised in accordance with the stated purpose, it cannot guarantee that every donated dollar will be used exactly as intended. Administrative costs, operational expenses, and unforeseen circumstances may necessitate the allocation of funds in a manner that best serves the FTA's overall mission.
5. Tax Deductibility: Donations made to FTA may be tax-deductible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, individual tax situations may vary, and it is the responsibility of donors to consult with their own tax advisors or authorities to determine the deductibility of their contributions.
